We log a lightweight summary of each diagnosis (timestamp, duration, cost, issue counts, severity breakdown, system prompt hash), but we do not store the full overall assessment or the individual suggestions. To see the line-level fixes again, rerun the diagnose call with the same system prompt and transcript.
